The Holidays Are Coming!

And so are the feasts. Our winner is a not-to-be-missed Green Bean Casserole dish that will be a hit with the entire family.

Not Your Mama's Green Bean Casserole!

When we say this recipe is not to be missed, we mean it. So quick, so easy and so delicious, it uses three of our favorite Trader Joe's products and takes just minutes to prepare. Thank you to trader joe chick, who has won a Trader Joe's Gift Basket for this wonderful recipe!

Green Bean Casserole

1 bag Trader Joe's frozen french green beans
2 pkgs frozen spinach artichoke dip
3/4 cup half and half or milk
1/2 cup Trader Joe's dry toasted sliced almonds
1 cup Trader Joe's fried onion pieces

Put green beans in a microwave bowl. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and microwave 4 minutes. Uncover, stir, recover and microwave 3 more minutes.

Prepare frozen spinach and artichoke dip according to directions and then wisk in half and half or milk until smooth.

combine green beans, dip mixture and almonds in a large bowl. Pour into a large casserole dish. Top with the fried onions and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
