A delicious recipe that comes from the Newport Coast, CA store. 2 jars TJ’s Cacciatore Sauce 4 cloves garlic – minced 1 large onion –diced 1 ½ to 2 pounds chicken thighs 2 T. capers – drained 3 T Kalamata olives – drained ½ cup fresh basil – chopped 1 t. red pepper flakes ¼ cup olive oil ½ T. oregano Salt and pepper to taste Sauté pepper, onion, red pepper flakes and garlic in olive oil. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Add sauce and oregano, bring to a boil. Add chicken and simmer until chicken is fully cooked and beginning to fall from the bone. Add capers, olives and basil. Continue to cook 1 minute. Serve with pasta, rice or great baguette. ENJOY!
