Combine Chicken (drained), Onions, Cream Cheese (leave about 1/4 block extra). Add Chutney to make a thick but spreadable consistently. On the flatbread, cover 2/3 with filling mixture, top with some arugula, spread a little of the left over cream cheese at the other end as a “glue”. Roll tightly without tearing. Wrap in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set. Cut each roll in half and serve.
