One of TJ's all-time greats. As good or better than most Chinese restaurants. The orange sauce is not sweet like many cheaper versions and the chicken is tender with a crispy breading. Just put i ...
I am in love with these little frozen cups of breakfast joy. If you've never had steal cut oatmeal before, you have to try this. I don't even like regular oatmeal-- it's mushy and gross and sticks to ...
Back in March, I posted my review of Trader Joe's Banana Crisps praising their sweet taste, satisfying starchiness and crispy lightness. I marvelled how amazing these "banana babies" were what with the 40 calories and 1 gram of fat per one ounce serving (2/3 cup).
Since that time, many fans posted their own fondness for these treats as well as a healthy dose of suspicion regarding the packaging. Turns out, results from 2 independent labs (one of which I called personally) show these crisps actually have FOUR times the calories and SIX times the fat.
We called headquarters and received the following statement from a Trader Joe's representative:
"Trader Joe’s voluntarily removed off shelves all banana crisps due to a nutritional content mislabeling on the package. The banana crisps will return shortly once the nutritional panels are updated. Customers are welcome to return this product to any Trader Joe’s location for a full refund or exchange.”

I liked these a lot. I love Thai food and these had a strong flavor of lemongrass. I cooked them in the toaster oven instead of frying and they were done in about 10 minutes. I would definitely buy ...

These do not look or sound particularly appetizing, but boy are they surprisingly delicious! The crust is whole wheat and when baked according to directions gets really golden and crunchy and tastes s ...
These are delicious and easy to make. I find the sauce addicting! Very easy to make, and a good way to liven up boring green beans.
The cooking sauce clears my sinuses as it smokes, but once it' ...
I'm not a huge samosa fan, but my girlfriend snagged a pack at TJ's last night. When we got home she popped them in the microwave. (I know, microwave samosas? Apparently they have a sleeve that you mi ...
This Trader Giotto's frozen pasta is a staple at our house. It comes in 16 oz bags of little nests of fettucine and frozen sauce disks that I call "magic flavor pellets."
