1 pkg. (16 oz.) pound cake mix 2 eggs 1 cup Trader Joes Organic pumpkin 1/3 cup water 2 tsp. Trader Joes Pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. Baking soda In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon batter into 18 paper-lined muffin ups. Bake 325 for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan, cool. Spread with licorice frosting and decorate with candy corn, etc. LICORICE FROSTING In small bowl, cream ½ cup softened butter, 3 cups sifted powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp. Milk and 1 tsp. Anise extract until smooth.
