A good product, similar to one from Hodgson's Mill. It has no trans fat. Biscuits I made yesterday were tender, rose very nicely, and had a good flavor.
I do wonder if the directions on the box for making rolled biscuits are correct. The directions called for 2 cups mix, 2/3 cup milk, and 3 Tablespoons of oil. The dough was much too soupy, even for drop biscuits. I had to add about 1/2 cup additional mix to get the proper consistency for rolled biscuits.
Did I misread the directions or could there have been a typo concerning either the amount of mix or the amount of milk to add?
