To add a delicious layer of cream cheese to the Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread mix, whip:

one 8oz. package of Trader Joe's cream cheese
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour

Whip until smooth. Fill your baking pan up a little less than 1/2 way and spoon in approximately half of the cream cheese mixture. Keep filling, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Smooth the top and bake as per instructions on the box. Mmmmm. Yum!
