These are SO incredibly good and healthy! I like both the apple cranberry and blueberry varieties (the apple cranberry is my favorite). Only 80 calories per cake, which has 13 grams of fiber! No oil, no butter, no added sugar! AMAZING

i have one several times a week with one of my protein shakes. the muffins taste great cold (be sure to refrigerate them..they can go bad fast) and they taste really good zapped in the microwave for about 15 seconds. the apple cranberry is def my favorite..the blueberry one is alright but not the best.
i've had the large muffins too which have way more calories and taste like they have sugar in them and i dont really like them all that much.

I LOVE these muffins, especially the Blueberry ones! They're such an easy way to get your fiber AND antioxidants, all in 1 little 80-calorie muffin! They get a bit hard in the fridge but if you let them sit out for a bit or microwave for 1 min, they're great! I usually can't help myself and eat one on the way home from the store, but they're a bit crumbly and not recommended for dashboard dining. ;)

these are great plain, but try heating them for 20 seconds and then put a tbsp. of peanut butter on there for a complete breakfast treat.

I like the idea of these muffins - low calories, low sugar, high fiber etc. I just think they fall a little short in the taste and texture categories. These taste like diet food to me, although it's good that they don't have artificial sweeteners. I'd rather have some more calories and eat the larger berry mango bran muffins. These little ones might be good for a pre-workout snack since they are small and filling, but as a breakfast food, I can't really get over the sawdust-y texture of the 13 grams of fiber they crammed in there.

To those who wrote they were like diet food and would rather have more calories: heat the muffin and add some butter. The butter takes them to a new level and they are absolutely yummy!

i love both varieties, but the apple cranberry is definitely my favorite. They are really really moist and can last in the fridge for over a week and a half. Only 1 point on weight watchers too!

I was surprised at how tasty these are,and even lower in calories than Vitatops(muffin tops)available at other supermarkets.Lots of bran to supply fiber and fill you up for awhile.I like em right out of the icebox, although they are also great briefly heated in the microwave.Delicious chunks of apple and cranberry too.

I've only tried the blueberry ones, and they are amazingly moist, and taste incredible. Theyre so fresh that they go bad after a few days, so i keep them in the freezer and put one in the microwave for about a minute.

Can't believe they can be so moist!! For me, I've always looooved bran muffins and the homier and rougher the texture, the better! These feel more "bran"-y than any other due to the incredible fiber content, and I loooove how they feel in my mouth. Yet they're far from dry!

I looked for these muffins at Trader Joe's in NYC. The store never heard of them. Please help.
