Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
A Trader Joe's February Special:

It seems everyone today is singing the praises of oatmeal. After all, it’s full of good-for-you soluble fiber, makes a heart happy and is just plain comforting during these chilly months. If you’ve jumped on the oatmeal bandwagon, but are finding your morning bowl a bit ho-hum, we’ve got something that will change your tune in an instant (literally): Trader Joe’s Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. With whole grain oats and 7 vitamins and minerals, it provides a nourishing 160 calories, 2 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber per serving. That’s a wholesome bowl. And with its oh-so-yummy-to-the-tummy-maple-brown-sugary goodness, it’s also deeply satisfying. At only $1.99 for each 15.1 oz. box, it even delights the wallet.

I eat this every morning with some walnuts and cranberrys mixed in. It is so good and fills you up for a long time.
