This is a tasty cheese with a great texture that I don't feel guilty eating. This cheese cuts nice and even melts! I hope you try it even if you are not dieting!

cabot 75% is great

This is great cheese! A big fat 400lb guy from vermont told me about cabot cheese,its good stuff.Great sliced with crackers,cubed in salads,etc.Its best left out at room temperature before slicing,its easier to cut and wont crumble,easier to grate too.
