Light BrieNew!
A tangy brie cheese with less fat and calories than traditional varieties. My initial thought was, isn't brie SUPPOSED to be oozing with fat? (Think double creme brie melting in some phyllo dough!) But honestly, this is pretty good with crackers and fruit. A good option if you want to eat brie more regularly.

Surprisingly Decent

Its actually fairly similar in to the cheap brie at my local grocery...but a far cry from a great double or triple cream brie. Still, not bad for a light.

A Great Low Fat Alternative

So it doesn't get all mushy and gushy when at room temperature like a great full fat brie. But it is a great low fat alternative when you are setting out a cheese plate for a bunch of calorie counting folks.
