Spectacular. I usually go for plain vanilla or chocolate and consider fancier flavors cheap and undignified, not for the true conoisseur. This however, is really good. Gelato is supposed to be different than regular ice cream and it is, though I am not quite sure what makes it so. The Ginger comes in small pieces and is perfect for me making this really refreshing. Especially good after a heavy meal.
