Sea Salt Brownies
(40 votes)Rate this listing
A puzzling combination is the sea-salt brownie. Not one I would have though to make. Surprisingly, they come together very well in this new offering from Trader Joe's. First, brownie itself I would describe as moist and fudgy, not cakey at all. They are also small, single bite sized. Second, the sea salt of course, has a very different flavor than table salt. It is hard to describe why, but the combination works. and the saltiness brings out the flavor of the brownie.
There are so many different styles of brownies that no one particular brownie satisfies everyone. But these I highly recommend you try.

I didn't realize that these had salt in them because the wording on the package was obscured by the price tag. Who in the hell thought it was a good idea to put salt on brownies? Are you guys running out of ideas?
there is hardly any salt on it, and what's great about it is, if you put it top side on your tongue, it actually facilitates excessive eating because it's not totally sweet,
i tried these warm (toasted or microwaved) and they are absolutely YUMMY

Sadly, I can only buy these for special occasions involving multiple guests. Otherwise, we'll eat them all in one sitting! They're the perfect fudgy texture and chocolatey taste combined with a hint of salt. I daydream about these brownies when I'm at work. If you put M&M's in your popcorn, these are the brownies for you.

These things are faaaantastic. They are awesome little brownies alone, but the little salty kick just makes them divine. Sort of like the exotic truffles you can buy these days, with spices in them.

I got these brownies by accident. I didnt see the sea salt part. I am so happy I picked them up, they are my new favorite dessert. This is the perfect snack for anyone that needs a bit of salty with their sweet. I highly recommend them. Dont let the sea salt part set you off, they are delicious. Enjoy!!!!!

The people who think the idea of salt on a brownie is disgusting...try looking up an actual recipe sometime. The recipe includes salt. Anyways, these are the most delicious thing I've ever eaten and I am on my second box in like a week. HELP!
