OK, these are basically fish sticks. But they aren't the kind you grew up with as a kid. They are lightly breaded, and VERY meaty. Not fishy at all.They could hold their own as the fish at any good fish and chips place.

They would definitely hold their own in most Fish and Chips places in the states, but as for the UK their batter would have to be eggier to persuade me.

I love these cod fillets.Crispy,firmer and more authentic texture than ordinary commercial fish sticks.Great by themselves plain,served with ketchup or tartar sauce,or as a sandwich.I had some the other night with TJs mac & cheese,wonderful!
