This corn is very interesting.... it says "fire roasted" and "super sweet" on the label. Some of the kernels are indeed burnt and this corn is very sweet. We had it as a side with some rice and it did not taste exactly right, so I am guessing it would make a better ingredient in recipes like chilli.
