This stuff is so good, from the cuts of eggplant to the sauce and cheese, it is not breaded and is very low calories/fat/carbs. simply the best and no doctoring needed

If you love eggplant parm but are looking for a healthier version you should definetly try this! The eggplant is tasty and thick and the cheese is awesome. Its also very low in calories and is a great frozen meal. Try it!
