Mini Croissants Ready to BakePopular
After the popularity of the Chocolate Croissants, I commented that I really wished they had a plain version, and a few posters agreed with me.

Trader Joe's in all its wisdom, came out with a plain version, recently.

8 mini, ready to bake frozen croissants. You place them on a baking sheet, frozen, the nght before, and let rise and proof of overnight, and then bake off in the morning.

They were quite good, although a bit flakier than I would like -- very close to puff pastry.

The cookie sheet shown above is very small, meant for a toaster oven. I baked only 2 of the croissants.

Here are the nutritional stats: 1 croissant is 150 calories, 3g protein, 16g carb, and 9g fat.
