I have heard a lot of people recommend the spinach eggrolls, but I like these much better. I just heat them up in my toaster oven and dip them in soy sauce. Yum!

just saying. they turn out soggy, yet chewy from being overcooked. toaster oven/ regular oven ALL the WAY!
have you ever had egg rolls from a grocery store? yeah, it taste exactly like that. nothing more or less. it's good if you're on a budget or something and don't want to eat out as much...

Be prepared to have some type of dipping sauce for them, otherwise, I find them to be kind of bland. We're going to try them with the TJs Mango Ginger chutney and see how that goes. This makes a good meal alongside some of the TJs veggie or chicken potstickers. We just steam those and heat the eggrolls in the oven to maintain the crunch factor.
Heat them up in a toaster oven, and they are great with sweet and sour sauce - what I do is I mix half ketchup and half sweet and sour sauce together - it's delicious!
I was a fan of the old Vegetable Egg Rolls (are they discontinued?) but the stir fried ones are terrible. They have a very bad flavor to me. I couldn't even eat half of one.
The secret to these is to follow the cooking instructions exactly. Let the oven preheat FULLY before baking. When I do this they turn out perfectly crisp and delish.

These are SO good. I love them with the peanut vinagrette dressing as a dipping sauce.

I preheated our toaster oven on CONVECTION setting at 350 for at least 10 minutes prior. Then, I lightly wiped a little canola oil onto the pan. I turned the egg rolls over halfway through cooking. Very crunchy on the outside! Great with Five Spices Sauce.
I really enjoy these dipped in spicy mustard! They definately have to cook a lot longer then indicated to get crispy though. I usually keep them in for 40 mins
