I'm not a huge samosa fan, but my girlfriend snagged a pack at TJ's last night. When we got home she popped them in the microwave. (I know, microwave samosas? Apparently they have a sleeve that you microwave them in that maintains the crisp and flaky outer shell.) I took a bite just to try them and they were fantastic.

The vegetables tasted fresh, the crust was perfect. I could scarcely believe they had been microwaved. We were dipping them in TJ's sweet and sour sauce and it was a perfect combination. Once again, my girlfriend and Trader Joe's comes through for me. I'm going to swing by and pick up a few more packages tonight.
