I liked these a lot. I love Thai food and these had a strong flavor of lemongrass. I cooked them in the toaster oven instead of frying and they were done in about 10 minutes. I would definitely buy these again. They need a sauce to go with them, I just have to figure out which one.
These also come in Coconut Curry

I was very happy with these. I used the Trader Joe's yellow curry sauce for a dip - was great!

bought these last night and made them. i LOVED them, hubby didn't like them because of the lemongrass. I like lemongrass and thought it was just the right flavor balance. can't wait to try the coconut curry stix.

I have had these a few times and I enjoy them, though I agree they lemongrass flavor overpowers any other flavors there.
But, I have to say, these lemongrass stix taste exactly like Trix cereal. I am not kidding. Trix cereal has this undercurrent of flavor that is kind of like cerealy-lemony (as it shoudl I guess), and these stix are almost dead-on.
Maybe they use some kind of lemongrass extract in Trix? Who knows.

i bought these on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised! they crisp up nicely in a toaster oven, and you can really taste the lemongrass! i used a little soy sauce for dipping, but overall, i didn't feel like the soy was even necessary.

These are quite good, I get them about once a month. Try them with ponzu sauce, perfect!

A good idea, but like others, I found that the lemongrass flavor was so overpowering as to make these a one-time-only purchase.

It's all a matter of personal preference, but I'm loving the lemongrass! The goyza sauce is good with it...especially when I stir alittle honey into the bottle and shake it up real good!
Now I have to go to Trader Joes after work! :-)

lemongrass is very powerful in itself, these are good if you like that sort of taste, i prefer the coconut curry ones they have a hint of lemongrass that is not overpowerful
I bought these because my 3 yr old loves egg rolls, these were so spicy I couldn't even eat them. I ended up returning them
I was not a fan of the lemongrass. It was to strong and over powered the chicken. They are easy and quick to cook tho..They def need a sauce to go with them. I would recommend these if you really love lemongrass.

If you think these wonderful Thia Stix are too strong, it's probabaly because you didn't enhance the flavor with one of TJ's sauces. I love them with a sweet and sour sauce. This is something you can bake in the oven for yourself or when trying to impress guests!
We eat these quite regularly - almost a staple! They're fairly low fat, and absolutely delicious. We eat them with the gyoza sauce from TJs, and sometimes this other dipping sauce we get from Primo Sauces. Enjoy them more than the curry stix (which are higher fat anyway).

These were a big hit at my holiday party, I baked them along with the Coconut Curry stix and they were great! A little expensive for a large party, but mine was a small gathering and they were great.

The lemongrass flavor was strong, but they were perfectly crispy... I'm going to give the coconut curry a whirl...
Four stars out of five. Will buy again. They are the perfect size to serve as an appetizer. Now I just need to find the perfect dipping sauce.
