| Strawberry Preserves with Fresh StrawberriesPopular |
Tjs carries several strawberry preserves, jellies, and spreads. This one has a white label and says "Fresh Strawberries" on it.The first ingredient on the label, and therefore the most plentiful, is Strawberries. This is good. Corn syrup is not the main ingredient. If you start from there, you can't go wrong.
They definitely taste like strawberries and there are plenty of pieces of real strawberries mixed up in the jam. I've had better, but only at a much higher price and from a small, low production company whose product was essentially homemade. For commercial preserves, these are outstanding.

This has to be best value Strawberry Preserve around. You really get big pieces of strawberries. The price is lower than most other preserves.

TJ's let me down with this Jam.

TJ's usually takes the healthy route, but not this time. There should be no corn syrup in jam. Ever.

Best preserves ever!

After I tried these "fresh" preserves, I can't go back to other preserves. It's the huge chunks of fruit in every jar that have spoiled me! I love both the strawberry and apricot.

I returned this product to the store!
Reviewed by AlexisfromTexas, 2008-01-10
This was a huge disappointment. The flavor was sweet and bland without the twang of real strawberries and the texture was too thick. It's one of the few products I returned to the store. I would definitely not buy this again, but am hopelessly addicted to the cherry and apricot versions, which I've been known to eat from the jar!
