This juice is spicy and not sour. I usually water it down a little bit. It's a standard in my fridge.

Drank this when I was feeling under the weather and had to meet an important film producer. Couldn't understand why he kept stepping back from me as we spoke. Discovered why later that day after offering a glass to my friend.

One that I wouldn't have tried if my husband hadn't brought it home. Most juices with echinacea in them just taste blegh, but this is really great. It's sort of sharp and biting (the ginger kick), but not too tart either. I drink this just for the taste, not specifically to feel extra healthy.
