Grapefruit SodaThis is from Villa Italia and a sparkling fruit soda. It is very refreshing and delicious. Not too sweet. The bottle is fancy and I feel like I am treating myself whenever I get it. I think it's a popular item because it is often on the end display in the stores.Submitted on 02/15/2006 by jovanna Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 4 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (4)
This is light, refreshing, neither too sweet nor tart, and utterly addicting. My friends, if you like a "Salty Dog" cocktail but a bit on the sweeter side than with plain grapefruit juice, look no further. Three parts of this soda to one part of excellent Vodka, served in a glass rimmed with salt. So. Darn. Good.
I love the italian sodas tjs sells. This and the blood orange are my favorites. So yummy! You'll never drink sodapop again. Or at least you'll never want to ;)

Very good soda, but don't kid yourself, this is SODA with just as much sugar as any other. I think it would be fine with half the sugar, but who am I to say?

Good, but I suggest for grapefruit soda that the Juice Squeeze ruby/pink grapefruit that TJ's also sells in 4 packs of individual sized bottles is better than this, IMHO. So too is the blood orange soda that you'll usually find on the shelf next to this item. I bought this once because they were out of the blood orange, and it was fine, but not as good as the other two.
