I usually buy the TJ's brand for everyday eating because they are a bit cheaper, but I prefer the Applegate Farms brand of skinless sausage. They are described on the package as being mild, certified organic, fire roasted red pepper, fully cooked, skinless, chicken and turkey sausage. I usually forget I am eating a "healthier" product because they taste so good to me. Definitely give these a try.
