This prime rib is pre-seasoned tender goodness sold in the fresh section. This is super easy to prepare, just remove from the package and bake according to the instructions. I served this medium-rare with the apple cranberry chutney alongside. The meat is sold as 1.5 lbs for $14.99 and can easily feed 4-6 people.

this is just ok. i cooked it medium rare and it was still very dry but what do you expect with a pre-cooked prime rib.
