If it's not from scratch, pancakes are made from this in my house. They are perfect. Cook well, great to add fruit or chocolate chips to, easy. Really couldn't be any better!

I like to add some wheat germ (about a tablespoon per pancake) to the mix, it gives it a nutty flavor and it's good for you!

I used to use Bisquick for pancakes till I found out about the transfat in there. This mix has none, and makes a better-tasting pancake. What's not to love?
