This cornbread is absolutely delicious! It's got a delicate, crusty exterior and a moist interior with just a hint of sweetness. And it couldn't be easier to make -- just add an egg, some oil, and a little milk, and bake. Amazing flavor for such little work. I like to serve this with anything Mexican or Southwestern, and then heat up leftovers for breakfast the next morning.
I've got a BBQ place nearby that has a reputation for great cornbread. Let me just say that this cornbread blows that one away!

I won't buy any of that Jiffy mix stuff anymore because this one's the best!

i have tried them all --jiffy betty crocker dr oetakers and this one far exceeds any other mix moist inside sweet crisp outside I will never try another

This is a very, very good box mix! Tasty, moist, a touch of sweet. Delicious! I whip this up quickly and pair it with TJ's Beef Chili, some sour cream, TJ's shredded cheddar... what a meal! Family loves it.
Someone turned me on to this and I am addicted (as I am with most TJ products).
Being from the South this cornbread runs circles around most any I have tried before.

Wow - all my life have have been searching for the elusive cornbread my family and friends always said was so good - only to find the only edible version in this box. Not too sweet, not too 'oily' tasting - just great flavors.
