A delicious version of the original! When eaten with crackers or bread, this is reminiscent of a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Relatively low in fat and high in protein, with a nice zip from the capers and dill.

egg white salads

I have been eating the other 2 egg white salads at TJ's(the Egg white Sald w/ Chive and the Spicy Ranchero). Oh my word....I am addicted...they are so good, low in fat , high in protein and my trainer & nutritionist even eat them....what great products...the smoked salmon one is good as a treat on a half of a dug out toasted bagel.,..you are right!

It's a salty mess with a chemical taste. The original egg white salad with chives used to be soo delicious, but now also has a chemical aftertaste. What happened here?
