These are new and they are sold in the fresh case. They are sooo good! They taste so fresh. I'm going to put them in everything! I think with Ravioli, Salad, in a Sandwich, and of course on Pizza. I will save the oil that they are packed in and use it in dressings and marinades. At $3.49 they are worth every penny.
