| Spicy Thai Pasta Salad with ChickenPopular |
The pasta is angel hair, mixed with carrots, a little cabbage, and cilantro. The chicken chunks aren't seasoned, but there's a decent sized plastic cup of a rich peanut sauce, which is more than enough for the whole portion.
Don't heat this one--it's meant to be eaten cold. I think it makes a good lunch entree. I don't find it very spicy, but it's definitely very Thai and bold.
Entire package with sauce is 640 kcals.
Only drawback--Stock on these is very hit and miss (with emphasis on the miss) in the San Diego area.

Quite Tasty

I tried it yesterday for lunch and it was a very nice blend of flavors. I found it a bit spicy, enough to clear my nose, but not enough to cause my mouth to melt down.

DIssappointed...

I just had one for dinner and thought that a lot of the ingredients were relatively tasteless...like they were relying on the sauce to save everything. The noodles were pretty limp and the chicken was plainer than plain.
