Oh my gosh -- so good, I can practically polish off a tray in one sitting. The triangles are the perfect size for either entertaining or snacking -- not too big, not too small -- and you can bake as many or few as you like. In my opinion, the crust is the perfect flakiness and the filling the perfect balance of ricotta, feta, spinach and spices. I think this contains some dill, which I typically loathe, but nothing is singularly overpowering. No preservatives, artificial flavors or colors of course and just 60 calories/2g of fat a serving! Two thumbs way up.

These are very good, Pop a few in the toaster oven and you have a delicious flaky snack.
I grew up eating at my best friend's Greek restaurant and these are pretty decent compared to the real thing.

These make a lovely appetizer when having a cocktail party or gathering. Always a hit. Also a great lunch with a big salad.
