2 Tbsps. Organic Granulated Sugar
2 tsps. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 sticks Unsalted Butter, melted & cooled
3/4 c. Clover Honey
2 tsps. Vanilla Paste

1. Spray a pie plate with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 325 F. Press 1 of the pie doughs in the plate. Drizzle 1/4 cup of butter evenly over the bottom of the crust.

2. Combine walnuts, sugars and pie spice together in a bowl. Pour evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Drizzle 1/4 cup butter evenly over.

3. Top with 2nd pie crust and pinch the edges together to seal. Cut 6 slits in a star pattern on top crust. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup of butter over top.

4. Bake pie in center of oven for 45-55 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven.

5. Combine honey, vanilla paste and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until it has a thin consistency. Let cool.
