| Chocolate Truffles |
16 Oz Trader Joe's bittersweet Chocolate
14 OZ Condensed Milk(large can)
3 Tbl Cream Cheese at room temperature
2 Tsp vanilla extract (opt.bourbon, rum, orange extracts)
Coatings: Chopped walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, cocoa, sprinkles
Melt chocolate in metal bowl over pot of hot water with condensed milk until melted. Stir in cream cheese and flavoring. Spread into oiled 8" square pan and refrigerate until firm.
Bring to room temperature and using a teaspoon, form in 3/4" balls, rolling with warm palms, melting surfact of each truffle. While truffle surface is still soft, roll each in coating of choice.
Refrigerate to chill. Party stores have small fluted cups for each truffle.
