Pumpkin Bread Mix Modification

The OLD Trader Joe's pumpkin bread mix called for the addition of pureed pumpkin. The NEW Trader Joe's pumpkin bread mix does not, making it simpler for, with just the addition of 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup water.

BUT, if you want the most delicious bread modify the recipe as follows:
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 whole Trader Joe's jar of Pumpkin Butter.

Bake as instructed. YUMMMMMMYYYYY!!!!

More Spice to Double Pumpkin Bread

Great, just what I was looking for. I used a 15 oz can of the Organic Pumpkin and added 10 min. to the baking time (70 min.total). My husband moaned when he took the first bite, which means: Great! But next time I'll add some extra spices since the pumpkin mellows the mix as is too much to my taste. The bread remained a little too moist at the bottom, so I think I'll go for 1h. 15 min. next time.
