Chilled Roast Beef Salad with Cranberry Walnut and Gorgonzola Vinaigrette

Easy, beautiful and very satisfying. The flavors complement each other perfectly.
Ingredients:
1 bag Trader Joes Baby Mixed Spring Mix
1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 C red onion, sliced thinly
1 8-oz pkg Columbus Salame Co. Seasoned Roast Beef, chilled and sliced
1 bottle Trader Joes Cranberry, Walnut & Gorgonzola Salad Dressing
Directions:
Arrange salad on two plates. Top with roast beef, halved tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle with dressing.
