| Cuban Shrimp Brown RicePopular |
This is so easy.
1 package of Trader Joe's Frozen Brown Rice (comes 3 in a box)
1 tub of Trader Joe's Pico De Guilo salsa
1 can of Trader Joe's Cuban Style Beans
1/2 bag of Trader Joe's Frozen Cooked and Peeled Shrimp
Heat the rice up according to the package, heat the beans in micro, thaw out the shrimp under running water. Put the hot beans, rice, pico de galo, and shrimp in a bowl and mix. The hot items will warm the shrimp.
I eat this mixture by itself or put it in a flour or corn tortilla.
