| La Bamba Wok-n-Roll TortillasPopular |
2 Tbs Trader Giotto’s extra virgin olive oil
1 C yellow bell pepper, cored and chopped
1/2 C celery, chopped
1/2 C yellow onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp Trader Joe’s freshly ground oregano
1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s Fine Crystals sea salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 Tbs freshly squeezed lime juice (Earth Source Organic)
3 C Trader Joe’s Just White Meat Chicken Chunks
4 Trader Joe’s Brown Rice soft tortillas
In a Wok warm olive oil on medium high heat.
Add peppers, celery, yellow onions, garlic, oregano, white pepper, sea salt and lime juice.
Add chicken and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Fill tortillas with mixture and Roll up.
Serves 4
Serve with Margaritas
