★★★★
1 NY Strip Steak, sliced in 1/4 “slices
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Trader Joe’s Black Pepper Sauce
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, quartered
1 pkg Trader Joe’s Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper Strips
3 small tomatoes, quartered

Combine beef slices in a small mixing bowl with 2 Tablespoons of Trader Joe’s Black Pepper Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a wok with 2 Tablespoons of oil on medium-high heat. When oil is sizzling, add beef and stir-fry until meat is barely pink, 2 minutes. Remove meat from the wok.
Heat the remaining Tablespoon of oil in the wok. Add the onion and bell pepper strips and stir-fry for 1-minute until peppers are heated through.
Return the beef and remaining Black Pepper Sauce. Stir for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds or until heated through.

This is an innocuous recipe. There is nothing objectionable in it,but it is certainly not anything special. Anyone who does stir fry has her own recipes that are at least as good as this one.
