| Sweet and Tangy Greek Chicken SaladPopular |
2 single-serve containers of honey-flavored Greek yogurt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup free-range chicken broth
1 bag of Trader Joe's dried cranberries with omega 3
1 bag of Trader Joe's candied walnuts
2 tablespoons of clover honey
4 stalks of celery hearts, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's grill seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour chicken stock into shallow baking pan. Place chicken breasts in broth, sprinkle with grill seasoning and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until tender and juices run clear. Shred cooked chicken and place in large mixing bowl. Add in all remaining ingredients, stir well, chill and serve! Great on whole wheat toast!
