Teryaki Ginger Chicken Sausage
Sweet Mini Peppers
Del Monte Gold Pineapple Chunks
1/2 C Orange Juice
Cut Sausage and Peppers into small pieces. Place Sausage, Peppers and Pineapple on skewers or toothpicks. Place Kabobs on foil lined pan and drizzle with OJ. Bake at 350 for about 10-14 minutes or until Sausage begins to brown. Enjoy as a main dish or an appetizer!
