Combine in a crock pot:
1 package Melissa's Lentils
1 package brown rice (NOTE: This is the pre-cooked fozen rice - use one of the 3 pouches.)
1 package fresh chopped onions
1/2 package shredded fresh carrots
1 pint chicken broth
1 container fresh salsa
Mix all together, turn crock pot to High, & it takes about an hour...
