I could see adding these to a Szechuan chicken stir-fry to add some texture or simply munching on them and chasing it with a Smuttynose IPA - because they have a decent kick (watch out for those chili peppers!).

hey folks, love TJ's and all that it stands for... looking forward to reading reviews and adding my two pesos.
I wasn't crazy about this sauce. WAY too salty and one-dimensional. Stick to the Indian simmer sauce varieties.

This is as good as any marinade you are likely to stumble across if you're looking for a good soy and pineapple blend. Marinade chicken breasts and bake them and you're all set.
