These really do taste like pakora without the deep fried coating! (Which I don't like anyway... too greasy.) They're not like a typical "veggie burger" at all, and that's why I love them. All the ingredients are pronouncable. They're basically potato-vegetable patties infused with spicy Indian goodness. I heat one in a frying pan, make some brown rice, then break the "burger" over the rice and add a vegetable. You don't need to add anything else, the flavor's all there. If you're like me and you love Indian food but also like to eat healthy, this is should be a staple in your freezer.

This gnocchi makes a scrumptious and perfectly filling dinner for one. I always keep at least one bag of this in the freezer.
Jut it in a frying pan over medium heat and stir occasionally, and it's ready in just 7 minutes. The texture of the gnocchi is just right and the tomato-y sauce is delicious.
Paired with baby leaf romaine, it's perfection.

The first time I tried this, I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The chicken curry is right up there with the best I've ever tasted, and goes perfectly with the bed of mixed greens. I skipped the packet of dressing that came with it because it was flavorful enough without it. This is a super-healthy lunch, and I'd eat every day if I could. My only complaint would be the price.

These are a great snack if you want something different and like Indian food. There are 6 triangles to a packet, and they're very filling. My husband and I usually split the box. The flavor is somewhat spicy, and the main vegetable I notice within them is (rather mushy) peas. The outer crust tastes deep fried, but judging by the nutrition facts, they're still relatively healthy. Sometimes they come out a little dry, but the flavor is pretty authentic.
I've found the best dipping sauce for them, by far, is Trader Joe's India Relish.
