I bought the uncooked frozen burgers a lot when TJ first opened here. they were great, lean and juicy. However, the last couple of times they rendered out a LOT of fat, so I don't know what happened. The fresh buffalo ground meat which is sometimes available in the local supermarket is much, much better. Disappointed.

These taste the way beef is s'pposed to taste. And so little shrinkage!
