The Sweet and Sour Sauce is back -- and tastes great with these egg rolls! Usually I make two along with the Mandarin Orange Chicken and the veggie fried rice, for a yummy dinner for 2. Not as great as the stellar Chinese restaurant we usually order from, but WAY better than the crappier restaurants we've tried -- and better than Manchu Wok :)

My husband LOVED these enchiladas. I thought they were good too, but a little too much tortilla and not enough filling for me. Still, we'll get them again.

Chicken Drumettes
pretty good snack -- definitely not processed meat. they're a staple when i know we're going to be babysitting.

TJ's was sampling this with some of their frozen brown rice. Delicious! I didn't find my oven dried it out at all...

Chicken Chile Verde
A good level of spice -- and very tasty. We ate it out of a bowl with some tortilla chips for dipping, but will probably serve it OVER something next time -- rice, perhaps. Because it was somewhere between soup and stew -- and not quite 2 servings.

The sauce was too sweet, the dough very blah. I wouldn't get this again. It tasted cheap -- and nowhere near as good as CPK's.

Chicken Masala
my favorite thing to bring to lunch BY FAR. 1. it fills me up until dinnertime (usually). 2. it's muy delicioso. 3. tastes great with the naan!!!

Colossal Shrimp in Garlic and Herbs
we usually add a little extra butter to each, as another poster suggested, which seems to make them bake better. they're delicious -- we usually have them with just a salad.

Fettuccine Alfredo
This is a weekly staple for my work lunch. I usually add some cooked frozen shrimp (or sliced cooked chicken breast -- not frozen), and let it thaw in the fridge till lunchtime. And the fact that it's individually quick frozen does make for great portion control!

Fire Roasted Vegetables with Balsamic Butter Sauce
i usually add corn, because i love corn. my husband isn't very into this stuff, but it's ok. i may try a stir-fry style dish with this and some meat, like some other posters suggested...

Ground Buffalo Steak Burger
sooooo good. a staple.

Jasmine Rice
i have a rice cooker, but sometimes you don't want to have to wait up to 20 minutes for the rice to cook and settle. this isn't as good as the rice i make, but it's a very close second -- and comes in first when i don't feel like waiting and washing!

the sauce has a little kick to it, which is nice. i make it in the oven, and it works out well in there. the chicken could be a bit better quality, but the sauce is great. it's not a perfect substitute for our fav. chinese restaurant, but it's much better than any crappy one.

we always have the raspberry in our freezer. i add a little to my smoothies. sooooooooooooooo good.
