While convenient to bring to the office for lunch on a hectic day, I found the noodles were mushy and there was a lack of sauce on the entire dish. Chicken was dry and not enough veggies either....Try the Trader Mings boxes instead....a little more fat but A LOT more flavor and prefect texture.

We love this so much, my mother has me ship boxes out to her on the East Coast....

I have tried the Pad Thai version of this and it is delicious. Perfect to keep in the office for a quick lunch. Full of flavor and no weird deehydrated crap.

I have a food alergy to Almonds, but I still eat these - that's how good they are. The cashews are even better though...but I am a cashew fan.
