Soy can affect hormones, they give it to cattle as feed to make them fat (as an antithyroid) instead of antithyroid drugs...so this isn't for me even though it may taste okay.

We all know that the isoflavones in soy is can block thyroid hormone, so I avoid this at all costs. Most foods use soy as a cheap filler (think, Brazilian rainforests are being turned into soy fields), cheap processed filler is not my cup of tea. So I was thrilled to find a chicken nugget without any cheap filler in them! The kids love them!

Yum yum...easy to make. I wish there were more but it's sooo good and not too many weird ingredients.

First I want to say this has recently been discontinued much to my dismay. Around Sept 2007. This seems to happen at Trader Joe's when I just find something I love. So in order to make a big stink about it coming back...you will need to visit traderjoes.com and send them a comment. The more people doing this, we can get this yummy tea back.

It tastes like slight tea with chocolate, add some sweetener and cream and it's like a tea/cocoa blend sooo good and love that it's naturally decaffeinated!
