I am enjoying these as I type. The only 'problem' I have with these is that they are too good! Like other sweets you need self control. Mix them with nuts for a snack to go.

These are a good substitute for home made mashed potatoes. Not a healthy choice, either way, but we all like to eat our favorites once in a while. Need salt and pepper at the minimum.

According to Nutrition Data (.com) one 28 gram serving of egg white is 15 calories and 3 grams of protein. Hope this helps.

I always say: read the label!

Emeril's roasted garlic is my favorite, there are others also (red pepper, kicked up tomato, etc.). I find these at the local Acme and Giant. If you can't try:http://www.famousfoods.com/emeril-pastasauces.html

I am seriously addicted to licorice, need a dose daily. The Panda brand is good, BUT, if you like the real taste of licorice try the Panda licorice BARS (which I have never seen at TJ's). Lots of licorice here: http://www.licoriceinternational.com/

Tried all three of the Trader Mings noodle boxes (Kung Pao, Pad Thai, and Satay) and they were just too bland for me. I was hoping for some real flavor.

I have enjoyed ginger since a child and always liked the stronger ginger bite of ginger beer as opposed to ginger ale. If you want to make a Dark n' Stormy, try Cruzan's Black Strap rum or Goslig's dark rum, not the light rum Reed's recommends.

A very good juice, tasty! Also try the three juice blend.

Sorry all, this ended up in the back yard. Way too gamey meat, mushy bland vegetables. Never again.

This is just OK to me. It requires lots of additional garlic for my taste. It is good though when I add loads of garlic, paprika and parmesan.

These are tasty, but sugary and have zero fiber. If the manufacturer would reduce the sugar by 5 grams and add one tablespoon of wheat germ these would be closer to a healthy snack. An apple would be a better choice!

This is a very good frozen pizza. I like the thin crust, minimal cheese and sauce. Add what you like before baking. I am reviewing the large size, not the smaller single serve pies. The smaller ones are too bready for me.
