but the Caribbean flavor is the best! With strawberries, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, and coconut, they're like a fruit smoothie on a stick! And only 80 calories! The lime ones are good too.

I much prefer chocolate & if I do eat vanilla, I usually load it up with chocolate sauce. But not with this stuff, it's so good, you don't need anything on top. I'm a convert.

I don't know if I'd buy this again, because as NAKNAK pointed out, it's loaded with salt. But if you are a seafood lover like me, then you will enjoy this.

This reminds me of the food I ate on a trip to Ecuador. Mmmm, the food was so good there. It's uber-convenient too since it's frozen. Just through it in a skillet, add some oil, and voila!
