My boyfriend and I needed a quick, light meal so made this exactly as recommended except we used the TJ's frozen jasmine rice because it was faster and didn't mess up another pan.
Thought the toasted cashews were a nice touch - ours were plenty crunchy. We loved it! Needless to say, we stocked up next time we were there.

We tried these based on the comments I found here and were extremely pleased with the taste and texture. They cooked up fast on the Cuisinart grill and were big enough to satisfy our hunger. I definitely recommend this product.
